Benefits and Uses : Wheat is a staple in most Indian meals. It's mostly preferred to have at least one or two meals of wheat products in a day. High-yielding Lokwan Wheat is a type of wheat cultivated in India. It smells strongly and is golden yellow in colour. Protein, dietary fiber, and important minerals including phosphorus, magnesium, and iron are all abundant in lokwan wheat. Typically, wheat is ground into flour, which is then used to make a variety of meals, such as chapathi, roti, bread, crumpets, muffins, noodles, pasta, cookies, cakes, pastries, cereal bars, sweet and savoury snack foods, crackers, crisp breads, sauces, and confections.
