How we craft our Soda Water at the London Essence Company: By using a carbon filter to purify our water, we are able to minimise the mineral variations present in many other soda waters. This enables us to create a consistently balanced base, enabling our soda water to truly enhance the most premium spirits. It also creates a smooth finish when paired with premium whiskies. A pleasing fruit note gives way t o a delicate floral finish, with a touch of heavenly jasmine aroma. Beautifully aromatic, with gentle fruity notes complemented by a delicate floral undertone.
