Cardamom has perfect green shell filled with small brown grains they are long and voluminous which is the sign of superior quality and promises great taste. Our Green Cardamom pods are sourced from the evergreen rainforests of Inida. It is one of the most ancient spices and an essential in most kitchens. When bruised, Elaichi bursts out a strong, aromatic flavour which is used and loved in multiple savoury dishes, desserts and beverages.
