The Guntur sannam or s4 chillies are the most common type of chillies grown in India. Guntur is the worlds largest chilli market and the Guntur sannam chillies are sourced directly from Guntur, sun-dried and packed after grading them. Ideal for most kitchen use applications as whole chillies that are used in tempering. This is mild and is suitable for a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes across all Indian/ international dishes. You can also use to grind at home on a grinder to make into a powder. Storage: Store in a cool dark place and in a sealed container Best if used within six months.
