Papillion provides ice cream stabilizer(60gm), for modern housewives to make home made ice cream. Ingredients: blend of food grade gums E471, E466, E412, E407, E410. Dosage: 0. 2 -0. 4% per kg (2-4gm/kg) of total batch. Usage guideline: heat milk, sugar & smp, dissolve. Add stabilizer along with sugar in 60 degree temp. & mix. 3-4 hours of aging recommended.
