Once a day, dissolve a multivitamin effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml). Note: The daily consumption must not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet as well as a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. The product is not suitable for children under 4 years.
