Description
- Noon chai is traditionally made from a type of green tea leaves, milk, salt, baking soda and usually cooked in a samovar.
- Step 1 To make this recipe, place a pan over medium flame and boil 1 cup of water. Add tea leaves, cardamom, baking soda and whisk it for 7 seconds.
- Step 2 Now, add milk, sugar, salt. Stir it well and bring it to boil.
- Step 3 Finally, strain the tea in two cups and serve hot with any cookies and biscuit of your choice.
