- We at CLASSIC HARVEST made this sattu by dry roasting grams, by maintaining the traditional way of preparing sattu as it involves the use of an iron vessel in which the grams are roasted. Afterwards they are sieved and then ground into a fine flour also purity and cleanliness satisfied at each level of preparation.
