Description
- Marinate 750g chicken/mutton in 40gm Mandi Masala Mix and keep aside for 30min to 1hr. Add ghee/cooking oil in a steamer/heavy bottom pan and fry 1 big chopped onion(optional). Add 10gm Mandi Masala Mix, 1 dry lemon (optional) and 3 cups soaked rice. Add 6 cups water and salt to taste. Keep the marinated chicken/mutton on top of steamer/mesh and cook till done in low flame. Serve hot Arabian mandi with chicken/Mutton kept on top.
